Prices
Monthly fees for each plan are shown on the plan management page and the pricing section. Prices are in Japanese yen and include Japanese consumption tax where applicable.
Fees other than the service fee
Internet connection charges are borne by the customer.
Payment method
Credit card (Stripe). The Enterprise plan supports invoice billing (separate agreement).
Payment timing
Charged at the time of subscription and automatically on each monthly renewal date thereafter unless canceled.
Service availability
Available immediately after payment is completed.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from "Payment & invoices" on the plan management page. After cancellation, the plan remains available until the end of the current billing period, after which your account switches to the free plan.
Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of the service, refunds (including prorated refunds) are not provided. If you experience a problem with the service, please contact us at the email address above.
System requirements
Latest versions of major browsers (Chrome / Safari / Edge / Firefox). Participant screens are designed for smartphones.
